01 / Start with the foundation
Hospital Orientation is the first credential in every pathway. Read the program specification before starting another qualification: it lists the active prerequisites, eight learning modules, assessment requirements, and renewal conditions. You can read any module publicly, but your academy account is required to save completion or submit an exam.
Use an academy username that you are comfortable displaying publicly. A successful credential exposes that username, the program title, credential number, issue date, expiry date, and status in the registry. MHCLP does not verify that the username belongs to a Roblox account.
02 / Study with a purpose
Each module has learning objectives, a substantive explanation, a worked case, independent practice, and a review checklist. Read the scenario before revealing its model response. Write down what you would do, why, and which information a teammate needs next. Then compare your reasoning with the explanation.
Completion is saved in sequence. You may read ahead, but you must complete the earlier modules before recording a later module. The capstone combines several decisions into one scene; take time to write a complete response before entering the examination.
03 / Participate responsibly
Your character’s rank never overrides another player’s control of their own character. Agree on roles and scene boundaries, distinguish fictional actions from real-world instructions, and pause if anyone wants to stop. Keep personal information out of scene records.
If a disagreement concerns server rules or permissions, follow that group’s own escalation process. A course credential documents an MHCLP assessment result. It does not create staff authority in another group.
04 / Keep your account accessible
Use a separate academy password and store the recovery code privately when your account is created. Password recovery requires that code and your username. A successful recovery replaces the old code and signs out existing sessions.
Do not share your password or recovery code to prove a qualification. Share the credential number or public verification link instead. The registry is publicly available.
